Officers responded to the 9300 block of Raintree Road on Tuesday, May 17, for a report of a weapons discharge. At approximately 4:50 p.m., two women reported that they had gone to retrieve property from one of their homes. At the home, they encountered a member of the homeowner’s family, and a verbal argument ensued. The family member then allegedly brandished a handgun at both victims and fired it into the air. The suspect began striking the victim’s vehicle with the handgun, causing damage. The suspect then reportedly shot at the occupied vehicle as the victims were attempting to leave the scene.

#1 ask who's property

the posser has the better position in court

using a weapon to protect the home from "home invasion" is not illegal in VA. being night time i think she had a duty not to fire at the (she purports) invaders unless threatened.

nor was it illegal in any State from the 1500's up to recently, in the USA

judge's dont like changing the hands of property* unless there is sure evidence of who's it is

why is because a judge is financially responsible PERSONALLY if they by law force property to change hands - the recipient may then spend/loose the money and if later it is found the recipient was LYING - the judge is repsonsible to the sender for losses.

(* that does mean judges personally owe me a shitload of money due to un-equal access to courts and blocks suits against gov worker pay disparity: however they have guns and are willing to use them - and one HELL of a cover story)

This behavior is frowned upon in Fairfax County.

100% guarantee of serving time if proven.

BURKE, VA -- A Florida woman is facing multiple firearms charges after she fired a gun during an argument with two other women Tuesday at a home near Lake Braddock Secondary School, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

There were no injuries to the two women, other residents or officers, the police said. They charged Leanne McAuslan, 44, of Orlando, Fla., with two counts of brandishing a firearm, shooting into an occupied vehicle, willfully discharging a firearm in a public place and felony destruction of property.

Officers responded at about 4:50 p.m. Tuesday to the report of a gun being fired in the 9300 block of Raintree Road, in a neighborhood of single-family houses in Burke, a few blocks from the high school. At the scene, the two women told police that they had gone to retrieve property from one of the houses.

At the home, they encountered McAuslan, a member of the homeowner’s family, and a verbal argument ensued. McAuslan then brandished a handgun at both victims and fired it into the air, the police said.

McAuslan began striking the women's vehicle with the handgun, causing damage, and shot at the occupied vehicle as the two victims tried to leave the scene, the police said. Officers located McAuslan and she surrendered without incident.

Gun-coward cunt-bitch NRA-scum

She is going to get 3 to 6 years in one of our wonderful prisons and will never be allowed to legally own a gun in the USA. Hope it was worth it for her.

Burke was nice in the 80's when it was white. Drove down there a few weeks ago. I thought everyone standing by the school were day labors. Turns out just spic children.

That's the biggest load of horseshit I've ever heard. Ever hear of Sovereign Immunity? Government officials are never personally liable for mistakes they make on the job. The only possible exception is if they're convicted of criminal wrongdoing such as taking bribes.

Met her once walking my dog and she is stunning!

I thought she was a nanny at first, but actually lived there!!

Looks like Alicia silverstone in the Aerosmith video wearing the school girl outfit!

She was a real gold digger. Would fuck anyone if she though she could get them into a relationship. Heard she hooked some loser and moved to Orlando. Have to see what else I can find. I do recall she was friends with the legendary Rusty and the late Timmy of whom there were once so many threads here.

Stay tuned for what updates I can find.
