Looking for landscape architect for Japanese inspired garden?
Posted by: Sandra ()

Hey guys, I'm looking for a landscape architect or company that can make a beautiful japanese inspired garden for my home. My house is average sized for an northern virginian home (much like the home on vale rd or near fox mill).
I would appreciate any recommendations and would like to keep the budget on the lighter side.

Thanks!

I know a really really good one. His name is Richard Oppenheimer. Some of his best work was done at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Search is your friend. Try "landscape design" and "japanese".

Personally, I kept looking a lot in this chapter and what helped me was a forum where they discuss this and where I found out about https://gardeningtoolshq.com On this site, I found a lot of things that helped me make an unforgettable garden. There are shown and described many tools that are very useful in such things and I even bought some because they attracted me enormously and in the end, they were useful to me.
If you need you can turn to them, at least look on their website and you will see what they represent and I am sure you will find good ideas for you.

There is no better architect than yourself. It is you who know what you most want to see in your garden. I think if you are inspired by various posts, as well as images of gardens in Japanese styles, you will be able to create a similar garden yourself. Yes, this will take a little more time, but it's worth it. However, this has one drawback. You still have to invest in various materials and tools in order to clean the entire surface. I can't help you with the materials, since it's best to buy them from a local supplier, but I advise you to buy tools from https://www.cordlessgardenequipment.co.uk/. I recently did a small restoration of my garden and this equipment helped me a lot. I hope you succeed. Good luck!

There are a lot of companies which provide such work, but it's not difficult to make a beautiful garden it's harder to keep it beautiful and often people make a beautiful garden but then they just don't take care of it and it becomes ordinary or ugly. I made a small dutch garden at home and it takes me a lot of time to take care of it. Some time ago I noticed that almost all my tools are broken except the garden shears which I bought for about 50 dollars https://www.hausandgarten.com/collections/garden-tools/products/haus-garten-classic-titanium-bypass-pruning-shears and wich even if are cheap, work perfectly. The main problem is that keeping a garden beautiful takes a lot of time and money because you must buy a lot of tools.
