But why? Why doesn’t the article say “The victim was doing such and such when assailant [for no apparent reason] or [came up from behind]. There has to be some information.

There are two reasons for not describing a suspect by the liberal media.

1) They believe it's racist.

2) If it happened in PG or DC, everyone already knows the suspect is a nigger.

Not sure why they call them juveniles. Everyone knows niggers breed by weight. Like when rats reach 6 ounces, they can reproduce. It's usually about 75lbs for niggers.
