Entire Metro Rail System Rebuild - Entire Lines Closing - Stations To Be Shut Down

The Metro Rail System is in worse condition than anyone suspected. Repairs are not enough - The system needs re-built.
There are going to be entire lines shut down. Stations shut down, and billions of dollars are needed for the rebuild.
Where did the money go that was collected from fares that was never spent on upkeep of the system?

Guess that means the toll road prices will be thru the roof soon.

Not true. I knew how fucked up it was.
It's actually still worse than the public knows right now. I play golf with one of five remaining white guys that works for metro.
