Update: vehicle was located, deleted vehicle information. Virginia AMBER Alert: Child was last seen in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Child was last seen wearing a blue and white Cars diaper. The suspect assaulted the mother and took the child. They are believed to be traveling in the listed vehicle.
