Detectives arrested David Andrew Jones, 43, of Vienna, on Wednesday, April 27, and charged him with three counts of aggravated sexual battery (VA Code 18.2-67.3), animate object sexual penetration (VA Code 18.2-67.2), forcible sodomy (VA Code 18.2-67.1), and taking indecent liberties with a child by person in a custodial or supervisory relationship (VA Code 18.2-370.1). The arrest came as a result of an investigation which began earlier in the day when school personnel reported an alleged inappropriate encounter involving a 14-year-old female victim and an adult male. Major Crimes Division detectives became involved and launched their investigation.

Detectives would like to speak with anyone else who has information that may assist with this investigation or may have had similar encounters with Jones.

UPDATE: UPDATE from Fairfax County Police 5:30 p.m.: David Andrew Jones’ initial connection began as a family friend to the victim, according to Fairfax County Police.

At some point, Jones acted in the capacity as a tutor/mentor in the premise as of a “life-coach.” Jones works as an employee for a federal government agency and is not known to work for any school or teach as a private tutor, according to police.

Looks like he did the same crime three years ago. Somehow only got sex charge dropped down to assualt with lesser crime.

Looks like she/he got scared and dropped out (as most victims do).

This is why sexual offenders can not be rehabilitated,, they are sexual deviants.
His wife is a lawyer so she will most likely get him off the charges on the 14yr olds case.
He's already living back home dropping off the kids to the nanny etc, nothing about his life has changed.

That would be an easy way to get access to people's houses and prey on their young family members. It's run by someone named Josh Jablon.

Child in jeopardy? I just wanted to see what the PoS posts on his public profile.

I've known a few 14 year old girls that were more mature than some 24 year old girls. Consent should be based on maturity of the individual not some arbitrary number. Unfortunately there's no easy way to measure that.
