Dear Little Man in SUV YTH 9962
What kind of sociopath nearly runs over a pregnant woman and others in a crosswalk with many pedestrians? Was it your stupid cell phone call with one of your loser friends that had you so distracted(yes I saws you on the phone)? Or can you not wait 5 seconds. It's clearly not like you are doing much in life to be in such a hurry, with your junky old overcompensation mobile SUV. You need to stop being a selfish loser, learn how to drive, and get a sedan that is far less likely to kill someone (or just stop driving because clearly like life you suck at driving too).

I think it is Virginia and probably reflects when the vehicle was bought-especially given it is old and junky.

Probably talking about a Fairfax County Police Officer. They carelessly blow through crosswalks all the time. And not when they are on emergency calls either. Worst drivers around.
