I think this fun event is free for humans, but they ask for a fee if you bring a dog. A donation to beagle rescue is probably appropriate if you don’t bring a dog. They will probably have beagles to adopt. There are quite a few beagles available for adoption listed on the website. Below from

Come join us for more fun than you can imagine. Over 100 beagles in one place - it's amazing!
Date/Time: April 16th, Noon-4PM
Location: Manassas Dog Park, Manassas Park, VA
Address: 101 Tremont Street, Manassas Park, VA. (NOTE: This will get you about 100 feet from the park entrance; the park's actual address on Adams Street will send you to wrong side of the park).
If you've never been, you haven't yet lived, so don't miss out. This is BREW's main fundraising event for the entire year, so bring your wallet!

Attendance, payable at the door, is $10/dog and we welcome both beagles and honorary beagles. We do ask that all dogs be current on shots and be of pleasant personality.

My wife and I took our Beagle mix rescue dog (photo below) to a Beaglefest in 2004.
Dozens and dozens of nice dogs, beagles and mix dogs, were at 2004 Beaglefest. It was a great event for us and our dog. (Sadly, our dog went on to beaglefest in the sky so she can’t go to this year’s event.)
