Internet Troll William Moreno guilty of Theft of Computer Services

William Moreno, aka "Mr. Misery" aka "Jimmylega" was banned from this site. Yet he continues to stalk and harass other people and post here in violation of state law. Both William and his mother Sharon Moreno were banned by the administrator.

§ 18.2-152.6
Theft of computer services; penalties.

Any person who willfully obtains computer services without authority is guilty of the crime of theft of computer services, which shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor. If the theft of computer services is valued at $2,500 or more, he is guilty of a Class 6 felony.

William Moreno was the poster known as Mr. Misery who is a self-admitted pedophile. The Moreno family is engaged in an ongoing feud with several posters on this site. Recently, the Morenos pulled a teenager away from school to depose him for their multi-million dollar lawsuit.

the "telephone company agreement" between Ma Bell and customers (also line leasers like COX, and others) reads like this

* no tampering or bit blocking of any kind

* public sites (that do not require private arrangement and password to access, no contract), must remain indifferent to individuals so long as they do not attack the rights of other users. it applies between users and also between sysop and user.

* it's all very predictable - for anyone with 1/2 a brain

this applies to COX cable too because they ran on those lines for YEARS before using monopoly agreement money to "invest" in their own

COX CABLE broke the telephone company agreements in many ways

one way was to BLOCK server services (email, webpage hosting, many more) unless they were paid $110/mo. that is considered a bit blocking attack - because what they do is mask bits and unmask them if paid: IT'S COMPLETELY CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
