Too bad we can't seem to get rid of William Moreno. William is the creator of this thread. He was banned but continues to post in violation of state law.

Theft of computer services; penalties.

Any person who willfully obtains computer services without authority is guilty of the crime of theft of computer services, which shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor. If the theft of computer services is valued at $2,500 or more, he is guilty of a Class 6 felony.

This shit IS the entire website. The community has the right to know about this dangerous man. He has stalked over 30 people from this website. He has two lawsuits against him, had a total of six protective orders and now five criminal charges relating to this website.

Basl allegedly left a note under someone's windshield. On the other hand, William Moreno and his mother stalked another person from this Website and lurked around her house for over an hour. They left and then returned to linger about again. They were caught on security camera.

He tried, when Monique was in a manic phase several years ago and literally posting complete gibberish every.single.second for months. They just find a way around it.
