Had awesome Jumbo crabs there recently. It looks like they have remodeled. Worht the wait and price

Used to go to the old Pells, only been to the "new" one once. No reason but it's expensive! Still have a T shirt from the old location, took almost twenty years to get the beer and butter I spilled on it washed out!

Crabs aren't like hot dogs. Their numbers dictate the price. You can call the wholesalers in Crisfield to find out the price of a bushel.

Bay blue crabs are out of season so the crabs you get now are from Indonesia or somewhere.

Bay crabs were scarce last year so the price was way up (150-180 bushel). I own a couple of cra0b boats on the lower bay so I was loving life last summer!

Thank you for your hard work an contribution to the American economy. Eat them crabs!

We used to put pots out near Deale, and pull crabs with chicken necks on string off of my uncle's dock. Grew up eating crabs for free, I miss those days! Blue crabs from the Chesapeake, there is no other way! Keep crabbing brother thanks!

The crabs usually come from Gulf of Mexico in winter months.

Ate at the old Captain Pells but probably not in season. I wasn’t impressed, but then I’m picky about my crabs. I really have to eat them as they come in off the boats right off the bay.

This time of year crabs are from the Chesapeake Bay. The crop this year is fabulous - heavy.

They need to relocate their dumpster or have a more frequent trash pickup.

Went there with some friends after work a few weeks ago and the entire parking lot reeked to the point of gagging. The dumpster was overflowing with trash and additional bags were on the ground. There was also a stream of some bad smelling fluid that ran across the lot. May have been AC, but it seemed to go over toward the dumpster.

We could not get past the smell enough to go inside and left the lot to find something else.

Sad as we were all in the mood for some serious crabs and seafood.

Pretty sure it's the only actual crab house in ffx so of course we say it's good. Not much to compare it to besides Joe's crap house and only fat old people go lobster. Pells is ridiculously expensive. Drive to the bay for crabs.

It stinks up the road area too, never drive by with your windows down.

Fire station 22 will be having their annual Blue Crab feast September 10 from 2pm - 5pm. All you can eat Chesapeake Bay Jumbo Crabs for $45. Shrimp, Hot Dogs, Corn on the Cob, Hush Puppies and Coleslaw if you get tired of eating crabs. Beer and wine available too! Get your tickets now!

Wish everybody would get their facts straight. Yes crabs may be out of season in the bay right now but captain pells gets there crabs from Texas not from the bay or Indonesia. I know this for a fact because I know the owners and I eat there all the time

I enjoy watching sporting events there with their incredible shrimp and crabs.

And their cold ones are nice and cold!

They are running $28 all u can eat crabs.
