Yes, of course she is, but Michelle Takaoka is hiring her sister Jennifer Takaoka as her #1 legal clerk. Jennifer knows more about manipulating the legal system than anyone, especially as regards to management of informants. Wiretaps and snitches is the only way the feds get a conviction these days.
