After I register as a member they promise me a free trainer for 3 day and someone to show me around and how to use the machines
I saw the trainer 1 day and no one came to show me around I gave up due to work and for the lack of service that I was paying for, after 2 months they still billing me after I turned my pass and pay my last bill This is a rip off get out
BAD PROFESIONAL SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICE

Considering you posted this in the Fairfax General Forum, I think it is safe to say that you are probably the one to blame for the "poor" service my freind.
