So if a business owner tells an applicant "I see you are Asian, and because of that reason I refuse to hire you" that isn't racism?

If the white created a TV network and called it White Entertainment Television (WET), that would be racist.

Also, if there was a white history month, that too would be racist.

Yes, the best basketball players tend to be black. A disproportionate number of Nobel prize winners are Jews (not a race, but the observation is consistent with your thesis). The big question for OP and others of his ilk is why they are obsessed with dredging this up repeatedly and trying to get a rise out of people. Nothing useful is being offered. They are reminiscent of children who break things because that is the only way they know to get attention.
