James Moses, 23, was arrested at this house on Mount Torrey Road.
He was charged with three counts of forcible sodomy, one count of rape and one count of taking indecent liberties with a child.
All the charges involve the same child.
Officers say they received a tip from the victim's mother which led them to charge Moses.
He also faces past unrelated charges of battery.
"Currently the accused is being held at the Middle River Regional jail on unrelated charges, stemming from a domestic assault which resulted in a probation violation," said Michael Roane, an investigator with the Augusta County Sheriff's Office.
Moses is currently being held without bond and if convicted, he faces life in prison.
The case is still under investigation, according to police.

Vehicle is VKS 6171 Ford Explorer but possibly honda instead. Not surprisingly the little man is likely overcompensating with an SUV.

Just heard from my friend in VA run (neighborhood in Centreville) that someone in his neighborhood made a call to police with possible sight of the vehicle. Don't know if they mean they specifically saw the vehicle in VA run but they were VA run residents

I'm really sorry that somebody's kid got abducted. I am. But, unless the state is going to start incentivizing me for reporting on crime and criminals...I can't be bothered.
Hell, I can barely navigate the roads around here as it is. Now, I'm supposed to read my phone while driving and then call 911 if and when I actually manage to spot someone who's wanted by the authorities?

Hard to tell. I did see on Rt 50 east by West Ox road, VDOT put up one of their flashing trailer signs announcing the Amber alert.

How did you get them on your phone? Whereever you signed up for it you must have an option of how many to get.
I just see them on the road signs but I can't remember what all the colors mean, amber, silver, blue, etc.

According to NEWSPLEX in Charlottesville, Haven Moses was found safe and unharmed, according to the Fluvanna County Sheriff’s Department.
