Will we have school on Tuesday, 02/09/16? The forecast says that the snow will accumulate up to 3 inches. Are we more likely to have school or not?

does anyone know what by date subs have to work their 10 days before being considered inactive? It says 10 times in 6 months but are they counting from 9/8/15?
