What are they building intersection of main/east/old lee?

There used to be an abandoned gas station in that corner. They tore it down and are building something. Anyone know what? This is in Fairfax city

A Harris Teeter grocery store and hundreds of apartments with some additional retail space. Just the Dunkin' Donuts out on the edge of the parking lot will remain.

They're finally building something there? I drove right past it coming back from Wegmans last week and didn't even notice. It's about time someone did something with that space, it's been vacant for ages. Seems like it would be a pain in the ass to get in and out of though.
