A family in Sterling, VA who were victims of online terrorism from Richmond resident Michael Josef Basl has been granted a two year protective order.
Michael Basl who goes by the user name 'eesh' can no longer post on Fairfax Underground or he risks incarnation .
Basl has been arrested on multiple charges for stalking and harassment of other users and has been to court in Henrico, Fairfax and Loudon.
Court resumes on February 11th in Loudon were Basl faces jail time for profane language over public airwaves for cursing at one of the parties in the civil lawsuit against him over the telephone.

The Moreno guy was stalking one of his own witnesses, which was caught on her security cameras. Then he attempted to fraudulently have his attorney send her a bill.
When another female refused to have sex with Moreno, he had his mother call the girl's probation officer and claim she was using drugs--which was proven to be false.

the witness was living with moreno. after moreno told her he knew eesh wasnt responsible for everything in the lawsuit she left his house but used not wanting to have sex with him as an excuse.
then moreno had his mom call the cops saying the witness stole a laptop from him. that was proven to be false. sharon moreno filed a civil lawsuit against the witness out of malicous anger and revenge and lost to her due to her false claims.
after the false theft didnt work the mother called the girl's p.o calming she was using illegal drugs hoping she would be arrested.

It'd be a true Christmas Miracle if these people would learn posting on this forum isn't worth it. It seems like due to whatever is wrong with them they are incapable of moving on / not visiting. The site is literally like heroine or meth for these people. They just keep posting here until they end up in jail.
