Someone told me yesterday that I "need" illegal aliens. I argued that I did not, especially in Fairfax county.

I mow my own lawn and do my own gardening.

I do not need a maid.

I rarely eat fast food.

I do not grow crops or need any farm labor.


I do not believe it is feasible or sensible to deport every illegal alien in America. I think we should begin with the ones with illegals from unstable regions and serious criminal records and then work our way downward to those with misdemeanors and those who cannot support themselves. Some would be able to litigate and stay if they could prove they are an asset to America.

Can someone please tell me how I benefit from illegal aliens in Fairfax county. I think it is more likely that we are footing the bills instead.

Farmers need migrant workers all over the country but we could have a guest-worker program. In other words, when the crops are in, go back where you

The income level of most of these undocumented Americans is so low that it would cost us more to tax their income than the revenue received. That is yet another plus for our economy. As mentioned previously they pay rent and sales taxes and their children born here grow up to be taxpaying citizens.

The most common scam I have seen is one Pablo with a green card and a drivers license lets 5 or 6 other illegal Pablos borrow his ID's to get jobs. The legal Pablo makes sure they all claim 0 on the w4's. It seems to take a couple years to throw up a red flag with the IRS that the legal Pablo has 7 full time jobs. On payday they all meet at a Pablo friendly check cashing place and they all settle up. When this happens the taxes end up getting overpaid and this happens very often.
Sure there is plenty of cash work being done as well but these are poor people that would be taxed little anyway.

There will be plenty of Hispanics in the kitchen. Probably close to 1005 in many cases. But aside from themselves, none of them will know which ones are legal or illegal either. Here's what we do know. Every one of them produced multiple credible documents to establish eligibility to work in the US. Once hired, they are all paid according to the same schedules and they are all afforded the same benefits. Applicable taxes are withheld from all of their paychecks and sent off to relevant federal, state, and local agencies. Trying to run two sets of books is expensive and risky. It's simply not worth it. The tales that you hear from the haters are manufactured fables and fairy tales.

False employment documentation to cover yourself can be provided by any employee. Costs them about $40-100 depending on what you want. That includes official, stamped birth certificates from their home country with any name and date they want to use.

When you send tax info to the IRS for these employees, you will receive a computer-generated letter when the SSNs don't match up. You reply with a copy of the 1099 they provided and state what documentation they showed you (you are not required to save a copy) and you are off the hook.

Whether you like it or not, we are an immigrant-friendly country, and barring election of someone like Donald Trump, don't look for the feds to change their ways.

I think a real good scheme is to rent out a townhouse to the shittiest, trashiest people you can find.
