Crystal Coach limo service was AWFUL for my friend's wedding. They were late, they sent a terrible car, they refused to provide the full two hours of service as agreed to in the contract, and the driver was a complete jerk to the bride and groom. He complained to them during the entire drive that he had to hurry and get to another job. When I complained to the company, they refused to compensate for their awful service. I've had enough of these companies who think they can get away with anything -- spread the word -- BOYCOTT CRYSTAL COACH!
