need to have a vintage raliegh retrofitted to take a new transmission. who are the experts in the area? the job requires a master.

I had a good experience with Bike Club in Falls Church (Washington Blvd). They have pretty good reviews online, and the prices are good.

Fairfax Cycles has worked on my Ninja before, and I have no complaints. Good service, good prices.
