From my line of sight it was 3-5 individuals, one shooter. Fortunately he wasn't aiming at people subsequently sparing his life and the individual(s) next to him.

Play with your new toy at the range you'll live longer. There was at least 4 other shooters in the vicinity ready to stop the threat...which was non existent.

WASHINGTON — Further investigation into a deadly bar fight early Saturday morning, in Centreville, Virginia, have led police to believe there was a second assault on another victim during the fight.

Police say the man in custody, Vidal Flores Cuchillas, 38, and two other unidentified suspects assaulted a 26-year-old man before running from the scene at Velocity Five bar.

The victim had minor injuries and was not taken to the hospital, according to a news release.

Police have described the unidentified suspects as thin, Hispanic men in their mid to late 20s.

Cuchillas, who was arrested early Saturday morning, is the only suspect in the assault of Harold Garnett. Police found Garnett with wounds to his upper body when they arrived at the scene on Saturday around 2:15 a.m. Garnett was in critical condition and later died in the hospital Saturday evening.

Police arrested Cuchillas after finding him in nearby bushes. He was taken to the Adult Detention Center, where he is held without bond.

Cuchillas was initially charged with malicious wounding, but detectives said they will amend the charge after reports of Garnett’s death.

Up to 50 people are believed to have witnessed the fight and police want to speak to as many witnesses as possible in order to identify the two outstanding suspects.

The Velocity Five family was deeply saddened to learn of the tragic events that occurred in our parking lot on Saturday, November 4th. We have had multiple requests for information and wanted to address them. We are broken at the loss of our friend.

Our restaurant had been closed for approximately 40 minutes at the time of the incident. Our staff, while doing final closing procedures, heard a fight at the far end of the parking lot. One of our executive team members was able to contact the police quickly and it is our understanding that an arrest was made. Our main focus is actively cooperating in this ongoing criminal investigation.
Again, we are deeply saddened by the loss of one of our regular guests and friend. We will miss the joy and happiness he brought to the restaurant daily. We are all heartbroken at this loss.

A man has been charged with killing another man in a bar fight in Fairfax County, Virginia, over the weekend, police say.
