That's interesting. How come they were still trying to promote it in 2000? You might love New York, but you know jack shit about it.

ATLANTA, Jan. 5, 2000 /PRNewswire/ -- Members of the Delta Air Lines'
(NYSE: DAL) SkyMiles(TM) program will earn 100 miles for each Delta Water

Every word I've written is the truth and I stand by it 100%. I ended up with quite a bit more than nothing. I ended up with a reliable route to help me circumnavigate the hellish nightmare of traffic that gripped our region last evening. It was so helpful that I got home in time to tuck the young ones into bed. For that, I am grateful.

Actually I was out of town for the long weekend. People who have lives and families who like them do that kind of thing. Too bad that yours is so miserable that you were here researching water shuttle schedules on a meaningless forum. lol

But I forgot that we're your only social contact. As pitiful as that is. Next time I'll let you know in advanced so that you won't be here constantly refreshing waiting for me to come back.

Correct. Thanks. I don't recall now when they stopped running it. They were losing money for sure. Never very many people on the thing. Great deal at the time though. No better way to get to the lower end of Manhattan when you had to make a morning meeting. Wasn't real fast but you could count on it vs by road.

Wasn't at the time. Piece of cake. Walk off of the plane. Through the old Marine terminal and out the back to the dock. Have a seat and read for a while or just check out the sights. Little while later you're getting off down at the piers. Much more relaxing and dependable than sitting in traffic trying to get there during the morning rush. Good way to decompress on the way back out too especially when the weather was nice. I liked that thing.

You mean the part that came after where they said that really the best way to eat them was, as I said, raw or quickly seared? So they have enough around at the time that they can fry up some left-overs. Go for it. I might too if I were there where I could get them and had a bunch. Not doing that with the good ones though.

Yo, shit for brains. You referred specifically to the Delta Water Shuttle. That ceased operation as of May 1, 1998, when the contractor (Harbor Shuttle Inc.) collapsed and was absorbed by NY Waterway. The latter tried for a time to operate the LGA route under its own brand, but it failed quickly and unsurprisingly enough.

In the end, there were in fact ZERO days on which Esca and the Delta Water Shuttle were in simultaneous operation. That's zero -- as in none at all. Your stories of travel to NYC and meals at Esca are all entirely bullshit. You never made any such trips, and never in fact had any reason to. You are just a hapless, pathetic, low-grade, asswipe liar, as has again been clearly demonstrated. Nothing more than a desperate lying scumbag douchebag moron.

Every word of everything you have ever written is a complete load of crap. Your absurd notions of time-saving "cut-throughs" along neighborhood streets in Vienna have time after time been shown not to exist or to be completely useless to the assorted purposes claimed for them. Dude, padding was rampant during the years of the scallop crash, and it has only receded (not ended) over the decade or so since. You'd have been hosed like anyone else by bits of shark for sure if you'd ever actually been involved in that market. But you never were. That's all just more of your made-up water-taxi grade malarkey.

> Nope. They still aren't.

Aw jeez! Fresh, wild-caught scallops are available in this market every single day of the year. It's a simple fact. Get over it. Where do you think your precious Takumi gets theirs from?

You never set eyes, foot, or ass on the Delta Water Shuttle. You just googled your stupid self into a corner and got badly burned for it.

> It was a piddly little nothing article. lol

It was a feature from a titan of the seafood industry, and one that ridiculed your worse than stupid assertion that no one would ever deep-fry your precious little bean-sized Peconics. You are just ignorant beyond measure.

Yes, of course it matters if the award was more than a decade ago and the chef in question has done a mighty crash-and-burn since. The fact that the award was so long ago is why you omitted the year to begin with. Your phony Google-Hero just ain't all that.

> Get off of the Weekly Reader pages and check out the

Again, I posted the first review on the page. It was unfavorable and so were the half-dozen or so first-page reviews that followed it. Overall, 3-out-of-5 from critics, and 6-out-of-10 from readers -- underwhelming to say the least. And of course, you had never heard of either Dave or Esca until Google landed on them.

Please. You don't know anything about scallops. You've never eaten at Esca. And you've never ridden a water taxi from LGA. All this has been just more proven lies out of the mouth of an habitual bottom-feeder.

No, not everywhere or everything. Just so very, very much more than a sorry-ass dumbshit like you on both counts.

That would have been in Rockport in late summer. Memorable times, but it was all a while ago. It seems that even back in the day, I was busy racking up pleasures and experiences that you have never known and never will.

Captain Dave steered you straight onto the shoals, dumbo. Exxon Valdez steered a smarter course than you have here.

Of course you are, you giant failure. Can't be much fun to go down in flames on point after point after point after point. To sum it up, you're just a worthless dumbfuck who doesn't know his flabby ass from a hole in the ground about one damned thing. Doesn't bode well for your future here. You are apt to be trashed and left for the vultures every single time you open your trash-spewing ass.

The last I had them, the scallops at Maple Avenue were just wonderful. The food at Maple avenue tends in general to be reliably wonderful. Too bad there are no restaurants of a comparable caliber in the sorry-ass burg where you are.

Yeah, I visit the Taj Mahal whenever I choose as well. It's just that I don't really choose to very often.

No, I'm just a guy who sticks facts (and sometimes hyphens) up the ass of stupid dipshits, low-grade losers, lying dumbfucks, and the occasional water-taxi wussy.

When last I was at MAR meanwhile, the scallops were just wonderful. That wasn't surprising, as MAR is one of those consistently top-drawer places that one finds so frequently in Vienna, but not at all in many other jurisdictions, such as the barren Oakton or Falls Church City.

Meanwhile, the Delta Water Shuttle ceased operation as of May 1, 1998. Esca did not open until 2000. No one ever used the former to get to the latter. It NEVER FUCKING HAPPENED. LOL!

Facts and bullshit are two very different things. You should have paid more attention in school.

And I take it you don't have cats. If you had them in any number, you would know that kitty-litter changing is a multi-stage process. The fact that I might from time to time bridge those stages by sitting down to abuse the dumbfucks of Fairfax County for a few minutes should not be taken as a sign of anything more significant than that.

You mean the PR babble that sunk your lie about the Delta Water Shuttle ceasing existence in 1998.

It in fact ceased to exist as of May 1, 1998, when the operator folded and had its assets taken over by NY Waterway. As already noted, those folks did attempt unsuccessfully to operate the service under their own brand, but it was all folded up for good in 2000. Plans to revive the service in 2005 fell apart as well. There are once again plans to revive water taxi service as part of a total rebuild of LaGuardia Airport. We'll see how those turn out.

But the take-away here continues to be that you are nothing but worthless lying no-account asshole who knows nothing about scallops, has never eaten at Esca, and has never taken any water taxi at all from LGA to Manhattan. Let's face it -- you're just a big fat worthless lying piece of shit, and I'll be happy to prove that a second hundred times if I have to. It isn't as if you pose any sort of challenge here.

East River Nocturne. Enjoy, you hapless and again badly beaten asshole.

Sorry to see Nielsens is closed. My family loved this ice cream but their empathy for others was horrible. I noticed a homeless woman across the street from Nielsens. I asked the cashier if I bought the homeless woman a meal would they give it to her. NO THEY WONT. OK then I want to buy a meal and I will give it to her. NO CAN DO. they would not allow me to buy a meal for this woman. They stated "we are not allowed to. OUR Boss does not allow us." So in other words don't try to help. Ignore so she will move on like an animal. I hope that one of those who felt that way will experience hunger. I was able to get a meal from LaPlaka for this woman who was bright, coherent, and just down on her luck.
Who knows maybe it was Karma that nielsens closed.

Still a sore point for you, eh? I can understand why. You were caught red-handed lying about a defunct water taxi service taking you to a restaurant you've never actually eaten in, that having been the coup de grace capping off a series of self-inflicted scallop-related calamities. All in all, one of the more thorough and severe internet obliterations that it's been my pleasure to come across. Can you suggest other threads in which you've been beaten up this badly? You mean the one that Delta put out a news release promoting a new rewards benefit years after your failed attempt at Googling?

ATLANTA, Jan. 5, 2000 /PRNewswire/ -- Members of the Delta Air Lines'
(NYSE: DAL) SkyMiles(TM) program will earn 100 miles for each Delta Water
Shuttle trip or 200 miles for each round-trip through June 30, 2000.
Delta Water Shuttle offers frequent, direct access between Delta Shuttle's

water shuttle provides quick access to three popular Manhattan locations: East

Friday. Fares are $15 for one-way travel and $25 for a round-trip. Travel
time to LaGuardia from the 62nd Street port is approximately 20 minutes; from

(Hint: Because one operator/partner declares bankruptcy doesn't necessarily mean that whatever it was doing ceases to exist. I know... I know... over your head.)
