What happened in medford leas neighborhood today around 2pm?

Had to drop my friend off and as we were driving into the neighborhood (the one right off the parkway before you get to the sunoco station) there was about literally 12-15 cop cars and about 20 cops standing around and then 5 or 6 on the driveway of this one house and a few of them were holding shotguns. No clue what was going on though
