So I just received a flyer advertising a foreclosure sale for Westfield High School. It reads:
"This newly renovated building, built in 2000, will be foreclosed upon due to rezoning in the area. A former senior high school, the facility is ideal for any large business, corporate company , or blossoming new school. This 159 acre site is complemented with a full-size athletic track, an immense sporting stadium, and a number of baseball fields. Wireless internet can be accessed throughout the building, and each room can accommodate approximately thirty to forty individuals. With its state of teh art stainless steel kitchen that could feed a couple thousand to its beautiful auditorium and massive indoor gymnasium, the list of features available at the location are almost limitless. And parking is a breeze with the three lots surrounding the building. And location is prime, as multiple restaurants, shopping centers, and an affluent neighborhood are just a minute's drive. If you have any questions about the foreclosed buiding or you just want more information on it please contact us at: 703-488-6300"
Is this a joke?
