Helicopter over Merrifield

The Fairfax PD police helicopter has been orbiting over Merrifield for a while. Anyone know what's going on? Another convict run over an armed guard and escape from the hospital?

Same thing happened around 3am this morning. It was low and loud and just kept circling. Woke me up! I am not sure what's going on.

The Fairfax One helicopter is now over Annandale, near the Beltway and Little River Pike at 7:35.

All they do is fly around annoying the shit out of everyone. They claim that they respond to hundreds of emergency calls a year in order to rationalize their expense, but the calls are all complete horseshit or things that could be addressed by officers in automobiles.
