Its you fairfaxians crammed in too tight within the county and definitely not knowing how to act. Over-development and covering every square inch you see with asphalt and concrete. Extreme SUV speed and cell phone distraction while driving.
The county parks which are monitored with NAZI like surveillance. Sticker checkpoints every 5 miles, so you cant even drive from one end of town to another without someone, somehow, someway, always crammed up your ass or at least in your space..........damn, now im really depressed

Anyone heard about the stabbing in front of the Zagat rated Kilroys Restaurant?
It is tragic that such a crime happened in front of one of the most popular sports bars in NOVA. What a shame, but I'm still going this weekend to enjoy Kilroy's Fried Shrimp!! YUM!!!!!!

The rumor is....
A guy who had been thrown out and banned years ago from Kilroy's for causing problems and fights was able to sneak into Kilroy's. Apparently he had been drinking heavy before hand. Kilroy's staff didn't know he was in the bar because he snuck in and was hiding from staff. One of his ex-girlfriends was inside with her boyfriend. Words were exchanged and the guy went to his car and grabbed a knife. The guy who got stabbed is some type of federal agent. He went outside to be the peace maker and to calm things down.
Not sure how the guy got stabbed, maybe trying to get the knife away from the guy. After the stabbing happening the guy took off. Friends convinced the guy to turn himself in. He went to the local sub station and turned himself in. At that time there was no warrant for his arrest. Later a warrant was issued. The guy was arrest and charged, he is now out on bail. It appears the stabbing was an accident.
The guy is looking at hard time 15-20 in jail for stabbed a federal agent.

If the guy is a Federal agent, it would make sense that he wouldn't report a stabbing in a bar. It would tarnish his image. Almost as much as being some woman's only child's father.

They don't list everything in the reports they put out to the public. Look at the postings fro about 10/23/2008 about the incident off Varsity Ct in Annandale (road blocks). It says that there were possible shots fired but the police found no evidence of any and this incident wasn't listed in the major crimes recap either. Well I live less than a block from where it happened and there were shots fired and why would the PD send out 2 fire depts, about 20 police cars and the SWAT team for nothing. They did everything they could to keep it quiet and out of the news - it was 2 kids who were causing the trouble. I heard multiple shots and the windows on the house were shot out when I drove by afterwards.

FYI - The guy who got stabbed is out of the hospital and doing good. I heard he was back at Kilroy's over the weekend for the FFX County Firefighters charity chili cookoff.
