106.7 The Fan now just promotes Gambling

I used to like this station but now all they do is promote betting lines. Mostly on Football as that's the most popular sport.
All morning long they talk about the "points", the "over/under", the "favorites" on all the games.
Damn shame, I am done listening to them. Yes I know, don't listen to them.
Stations and guests like this are turning the young guys mostly into everyday weekend gamblers. Sick of them all.

i gave up on them a few weeks back after Bobby Broken Legs' last "game" when some guy who sounded like he was in middle school kept arguing with callers that RG3 had "proven skillz" and it would be "insane" to get rid of him.

To lolz00 - I am absolutely correct. They had a guest on this morning and they talked for a good 20 minutes LIVE all about gambling lines. Reviewing all upcoming weekend games.
This is what has also happened to Mike and Mike in the morning. They are live with guests talking about sports lines.
Maybe you are referring to FanDuel or Draft Kings, which by the way are now flooding all sports fans with commericials spouting gambling every 2 minutes or so.
Those ads have risen 600% and poured millions of ad dollars to stations.
It's a damn shame that the old format of just reporting SPORTS has sunk to this crap on the networks.

I actually don't care that much about 106.7 The Fan anymore.
What I am sick of is that on any sports station....i.e. ESPN, FS1, FOX, they now run these Draft Kings and FAN DUEL ads every 90 seconds. They have destroyed the fun of just watching the games. It's all about Gambling lines now.
So I mute the crap inbetween.
