Go on YouTube and type in "Fake Beggar" or "Beggar Exposed." There are more than a few videos of people doing pretty much what Dubs Checkem wrote. I've been hit up about 10 times at gas stations for "just some gas money to get home." When I ask the person to see his or her car's gas gauge or offer to put gas directly into the car, 90% of the time the person turns and walks away.
Sorry, but if you think people aren't out there hustling other folks, you're wrong.
