Car wash with free vacuums

Are there any car wash places that provide free self-service vacuums? Speedy Green in Manassas offers them but looking for something closer.

The $3 carwash on 28 south and manassas drive (in Manassas Park but only ~10 minutes from Centreville) has free vaccums, dont even need to wash your car, just pull up vac and go! They also offer detailing, a pet wash, and bike wash.

Or just spend the $3 and wash your car while there. The other washes are like $8/10/14 last time I was there.
