The Robert Griffin III era in Washington isn't officially over but its inevitable, logical conclusion may not be far off. On Friday, the doctor who cleared RG3 to play after the QB's concussion last week reversed course. Now, not only will Kirk Cousins replace Griffin in Saturday's preseason game, the plan is that Cousins will also be the Redskins' starting quarterback in the regular-season opener, according to ESPN's Dianna Marie Russini.

People who praise cousins really don't have any grasp on how all three suck. Hecplayed enough games to prove he's a backup,similar to Sanchez proved he's no franchise qb.

McCoy played well. Colt was okay but made a trademark mistake throwing to a linebacker on a screen. Doh!

Doesn't matter how anyone plays on the field. I, and I alone, will decide who starts. And my decision is based on who sucks up to me the best.

Cousins and McCoy are not that good. But they are both clearly able to run the Skins offense better than Griffin. It's obvious and it's not even close.

Cousins and McCoy did nothing to win the starting job last season and they will do nothing to keep it this season. RGIII has more talent, but is too much of a douche for the team to rally around. I see a 4-12 season. On the plus season, the Redskins continue to "win off the field," whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean.

Kirk's "Team" will do 6-10 if they're lucky.

I imagine they are going to try to become a powerhouse running team as they have a good stable of running backs. That will get them a few wins against weak defenses. But a troublesome wink link is the defensive secondary. They gonna get bombed back there!

typical RGME blame everyone else. His 'intern' liked the slagging on Washington's Owner/coaches. So RG has an 'intern' and doesnt supervise him. Basically that means he has a non paid non supervised person presenting himself as RGIII to social media. Hardly believable. If true its actually worse than if he had just admitted he liked then quickly un-liked something.

Publicity was good to RG for a while - no longer. He needs to realize what is left of his 'brand' is only hurt by self promotion at this point. Tim Tebow is an excellent example of staying humble and saying nice things about others and shutting the hell up about himself.
