Instead of running off to the Model Schools and Leadership Conferences, instead of hiring worthless consultants with shady credentials, FCPS should either make a policy decision not to do ESL or learn how to do it right.
Further, ridiculous expenditures on football, cheerleading, student council and so on just drag the budget down more as do instructional assistants and the whole batch of do-nothing bureaucrats at Gatehouse and Ridge.
