Sponge Bob got a temp. stay from prison from the Chief Justice a couple days ago. The Feds have till today to respond, then The Chief Justice will decide if Sponge Bobs case will go to the Supremes, probably tomorrow . And he may
let Old Sponge stay out of the joint till his case comes up to the full court. tomorrow we should hear more on whats up.
If he does not get bond extended, he may have to report to Club Fed in about a month. He wants to be in The Club Fed in Petersburg Va. Said to be posh digs.
He may be out of prison by the time the Supremes hear his case if they do. So it comes down to if he has a case there.
