Thousands of baseball games played, one batboy is killed...and now they're suspended.

Guns though? Yeah, we're good.

In case you hadn't noticed, there is an entire chapter of the Federal criminal code addressing firearms. On top of that, there are numerous state laws as well.

Show me one federal criminal statute dealing with baseball bats?

What's that? You got nothing? OK then, STFU.

Baseball is stupid. It is a bunch of guys in stupid uniforms standing around.

They call it America's pastime. Please. America's waste of time is more like it.

And I guess FCPS will say they need turf fields for it, to say nothing of more money for baseball trips, baseball coaches, and a baseball band.

Penis substitutes...errrrr, I mean "firearms" are Constitutionally protected. That was my point.

And we've repealed amendments. By no means frequently but, it's been done.

How about this one...One man fails at a poor attempt at shoe-bombing an airplane and then several DAYS LATER...everyone has to take their shoes off to go through airport security.

Thousands of innocent people have been KILLED by careless use of firearms and...ZERO progress for any kind of change since 1776.

Your point and you are misinformed.

Call your Congressman and ask him to introduce a bill to repeal the 2nd Amendment.

Which Amendment says you have the right to get on an airplane without putting your shoes through an XRay scanner?

Really? I suggest you take a look at the firearms laws in this country.

The National Firearms Act of 1934.

Safe Streets Act of 1968.

Gun Control Act of 1968.

Undetectable Firearms Act.

Gun Free School Zones Act.

Brady Act.

Numerous other Federal laws.

Numerous state level gun control measures.

Zero progress? Learn some history, dolt.

Have you even looked at the Fedreal laws? Do you think those laws existed in 1776? BTW, you might need a history lesson as the Bill of Rights wasn't ratified until 1791.

Chapter 44. Look it up.

The violent crime rate went up 68% in Australia after their gun ban-bitch!

I have a better topic- How is it possible that gun haters can't understand that the criminals love excessive gun laws and gun free zones so they can make more money or satisfy their hatred through mass murder?

We've repealed exactly ONE amendment - the 18th. The above poster is correct. You do need a history lesson. Are you a product of the FCPS?

Australian gun violence dropped by 80%
Australian Suicides by gun dropped by 90%
Gun massacres ... none since gun control laws were enacted
NRA been in denial for years about Australia's success in drastically reducing gun violence ... but then they represent the gun manufactures mostly ... guess they have no choice but to Lie !!

You obviously know nothing about the NRA or Australia for that matter.

We don't allow 9 year olds to own guns, or engage in a number of other hazardous activities.

If you are committing a crime, if you are suffering from severe mental illnesses, if you are under the influence of alcohol or other substances, if you committed serious or violent crimes in the past, if you are subject to a restraining order for domestic abuse, or if you are on school property or in certain other locations, it is illegal for you to own or use a gun. Yet strangely people still do just that. The solution of the rabid gun control crowd though is that since we cannot prevent criminals and crazies from using guns, let's prevent responsible law abiding citizens from having them. This is the equivalent of saying since we still have people driving while drunk despite laws prohibiting this, we need to ban the consumption of all alcholic drinks by everyone.

Our society does have a problem with too many angry or crazy or simply irresponsible people runnning around. When it comes to guns though, it is less a matter of not having the laws on the books and more a matter of not administering and enforcing the laws that we have.

If you hate guns that much, why don't you leave?

Why is it that the minority in this situation (Retard liberals) always try to force their viewpoints on others.

Just because you're a pussy and you're afraid of guns doesn't mean we all are.

Back to my original point, if you don't like the fact that we have guns in this country OR that we have a 2nd Amendment please feel free to GTFO.
