Gypsy Scammer at Safeway @ Fairfax Town Center

Was just at the Safeway on West Ox Road near Fair Oaks and a gypsy woman was pushing a cart around the store stopping every customer and showing them an index card asking for money. She had a baby with her for extra sympathy.
When she stopped me and said "Excuse me" and held her card up I quickly glanced at it, it was you usual "I am out of work please give me money to help me feed my baby". I shook my head no and walked off. If you give her anything it must not be enough, because I saw an old woman who gave her money and it must have not been enough because the old woman then snapped "Well how much more do you need?????"
At the self-checkout a guy next to me told the Safeway employee there "There's a woman with a baby going around asking people for money". The Safeway employee got on the phone and called the manager and told him. Little did he know the woman was standing right behind him. I felt like saying "That's her right there behind you" but didn't want her to stab me with an HIV filled needle or something for telling on her.

Take pic Once I took a pictrure of this Gypsy near walmart and she got mad and never came back I think the pic was on back back in 2011

I went through a similar situation at a Wegmans over on Monument Drive. This woman dressed in dark clothes had a very small child in a carrier, and another that looked to be about 7 or 8 years. She had the index card with the message that she needed money for food. Her message explained she will take any extra cash you might have or you can swipe your credit card on her cell phone.

it's not just the one slut and her child - the dead beat dad was close by. Watching.

What does she look like? I see one at the Trader Joes/Best Buy parking lot at Columbia Pike and Rte 7. She's been doing it for years.
