Menville "Flip" Flippen got paid a pretty penny for consulting at MVHS. Look at the results, abysmal would be a compliment. Consultants should not be hired unless they can put their money where their mouth is. Flippen does quite well with is marketing, his big screen, his dubious background and horse stories. That's all fine, but the kids are the ones who pay for it.

at the end of the day she will think it worked cause of the freaking "SOL scores" they got "69.55% =70%! BUT she didn't earn it Oringial scores from 7/13 were saying 69%, but somehow the school added 21 students in a week's time to make them score 70% of the solo scores
