Contractor fraud

Pass the word please. Do not do business with Jason Hammond who runs Stix & Stone. Jason's paperwork says he does landscaping, trees, and stone work, and lists him as being insured and licensed in FC but he is not. He has stolen by fraud $5,000 from me. I gave him deposit for path work and he vanished into thin air. Other contractors I hired for work at the same time can verify this. Jason's paperwork shows no fixed address. If anyone knows it please email me. He lives near Warrenton, VA. His white pickup truck has tag VHP 6461.
