Single Family Homes in Fairfax and violations`

So this single family home on our street has 7 cars out front and 3 work trucks in the driveway and room for a couple more.
You guessed it - HISPANICS.

You will be reported, yes you will. Fairfax County needs to crack down on these illegal "leeches"!

Fred, buddy, please let it go. There is nothing you can do about it in the long run. The Fairfax county that we knew and loved is going away. Dont spend another moment of your life getting angry about it, it's just not worth it. Get a realtor and move on. Just try to enjoy life and be nice to others that's all you really have to do in life.

If the license plates just happen to mysteriously disappear, they will put a 10 day tow tag on the car unless it's moved on to private property.

Or if the car just happens to mysteriously start leaking fluids, they will act fast too.

When you split the rent 6 ways they can afford nice cars. That's the real issue.

Per code, there are restrictions on how many unrelated people can live in a house.

So they used to ask people to draw a family tree.

The Code Compliance people didn't understand a family tree and it ended up in court. When the Code inspector could not draw his own family tree, the case got tossed out.

So there's not much that can be done about this.

You nailed it Code compliance! And from what I've heard the backlog is way more than 90 days. Damn sad. Most at that location are wearing turbans that is even sadder.

The fact that sometimes Code Enforcement gets out of line and sometimes it gets nothing done is a sure sign it is either mismanaged or its mission statement is out of whack.

They give people mountains of crap over a few things in a carport, but they are flummoxed by a house full of Hondurans. Could be, the laws need to be changed.
