what happened is someone waved frantically to a cop and the cop pulled the car over that the person was inside. no high speed chase, no fight, no nothing, just put on the lights and pull them over.

big deal.

First, the officer saved a womAn, not womEn. One female is a woman, more than one females are women.

Second, if the cop saw this guy drive by, how is he not charged with DUI but public intoxication instead?

Third, how stupid are people to keep meeting people from Craigslist? Best case scenario, you end up in a snuff film, worst case scenario, you have drinks with Meeper.

GMU officers can be found within a mile of the Fairfax campus. I saw one initiate a traffic stop at Ox Road and Braddock.

Gravis,

there is a ton of information on the internet about this officer.

Is she the one who busted you?

She specializes in alcohol related arrests.

Just say snow.
