William Moreno himself has admitted that he knows many or most of the allegations in their lawsuit are not true. The Morenos themselves stalk, harass, and threaten other people, including single mothers and teenage boys.

The Moreno family manipulated a mentally ill woman into filing false criminal charges against Michael Basl. The Morenos then loaded up their entire family and drove all the way to Richmond to attend the trial as spectators in an attempt to intimidate and unnerve Basl, who was acting as his own attorney.

Basl ultimately won his case on appeal, but the episode demonstrated that the Morenos are themselves guilty of everything they accuse Basl of doing.

William Moreno and his mother later traveled from their home in Sterling into Fairfax City to stalk their own witness, showing at her residence uninvited and unannounced. They were asked to leave but remained loitering and skulking around for over an hour. They briefly left only to return later. They were caught by security camera.

Yes. The public needs to know.

The public needs to know the Washington Post article has been debunked and totally discredited. Moreno himself has admitted most of the allegations in the lawsuit were false. William Moreno has admitted to swatting himself, and Moreno himself has also stalked other people.

The entire Megan Toohey vs. eesh failed legal charge was encouraged and orchestrated by William Moreno. The Moreno family's 100+ mile road trip with the reporter in tow was nothing more than a stalking expedition itself. The Morenos drove all the way to Henrico to sit in the audience in hopes of intimidating eesh, who was acting as his own defense attorney. The Morenos hoped that their presence would throw off eesh's concentration and cause him to lose the case to Megan. TA guilty verdict in turn would have made eesh less sympathetic to a jury in the Moreno's civil suit. Of course eventually eesh prevailed against Megan. Effectively all the Morenos accomplished was forcing a single mother to leave her child and travel to Richmond on her own time and at her own expense.
