Chan Li-Yuen has $21Million USD to share with you

We think this might be linked to the OPM breach. We got The Letter from OPM. We were breached. This was mailed from California. Never got one of these before by mail.

We live in Fairfax. Government contractor, security clearance, etc. It was mailed to the house.

Of course poor deceased Robert had the same last name as ours. We must be related. Robert is a name of somebody in our family. Different last name.

Maybe somebody can help this poor person out. He has been using international people finders without any success and wants to share money with you.

Poor Chan got a shocking notice when Robert died- of a terminal disease, no less- that he had $21 million US dollars that needs to be claimed. His friend coming to North America is helping him, you understand. The money has been unclaimed by any relative of the deceased's relative. Got that?

If you contact him and give him your mother's maiden name, SSN, and your bank account information, etc., he will split it with you. You don't want that money going to the bank's balance sheet. Oh no. He will work out the ratio in subsequent communications. Probably via the fake phone number.

He has the KEY to make a good situation out of this and is willing to work with you to legally secure this money in full compliance with the laws of China. Rest assured there.

Love the phone number. Be sure to contact him there. Swiftly.

I also received the same letter but have no OPM connection. Although you have blanked out the last name, it looks like it is probably different from the last name on the letter I received.

Thank Obama and his incompetent, affirmative action staff.

They are at it again in spring of 2016. Funny, the name is too much like:
SCAM LYING.

or lnf...LYING, SCAM

Robert is the first name on ours also. This exact letter was sent in the spring of 2015.

you cannot tell by the postmark. microsoft and google disabled real postmarks, allowing fake ones, so they can appear not to be the ones sending spam / ads to paying customers

wake up your not in a world that obeys any laws

------------------------------
it can be traced down

but it's a small crime and you have no time to do it. and that's what liberals live on. it's a common way to do crime - to do small crimes no one has time to investigate for an arrest
