A third of the physicians in Northern Virginia are East Indian. Many of the Hispanics do the back-breaking work you aren't man enough to do.

They only get the jobs because (IMO, google around.... there is some backup to my claims here).....
1) they will work for less wages than American- so of COURSE the companies would rather pay an Asian say 80k vs paying an american 120k....(profit to the company).....
2) nepotisim- once one indian or asian gets in they tend to only hire their own kind....(same with hispanics)
3) (for indians) rampant cheating in schools- they will help each other to pass.
4) (for both) they are excellent at memorizing textbooks/raw data, but when it comes to abstract problem solving they suck.

I grew up in Chantilly starting in the '60s. I've been living in Reston for 30 years. I have less problems with the "brown skins" than I do with good old fashioned ignorant Rednecks. I grew up around ignorant Rednecks (aka, hicks, hayseeds, grits), and apparently some Rednecks actually still live here in Fairfax County.
I went to Chantilly High School, graduated in 1985, and some of the Rednecks were okay, but most were just shitty people who should just get in a boat and row away from America, because most of their thinking was just plain shit.
