Is watching fireworks in the Chantilly/Centreville region safe? ISIS has threatned to attack on the 4th of july so just to be safe, which parts of NoVa are most dangerous and which are the safest? (Please no Racist Jokes or Racism)

I also think they will at some point do massive simultaneous attacks at Walmarts .... I believe this because investigators, cannot figure out why since last fall, ISIS members have been pouring millions of dollars into WalMart's stock ...
Well what if they are going to ride the stock out to a certain point for profits, then sell all their shares .. @ which point they attack in person one of America's most popular franchises?

There's an ISIS investment club that meets at the Pimmit Hills library on the second Thursday of each month. They seem to be very conservative being heavily invested in drug stocks and healthcare.
