Our undocumented Americans are key to our workforce. They are also renting millions of housing units and paying other peoples mortgages off for them. They consume products that create jobs and pay sales taxes on those products as well. The reason that only a small percentage of them are deported is that we need them as much or more than they need us.

Congress has established rules for immigration. This administration and previous administrations have chosen to ignore them.
Republicans tend to be engineers, lawyers, doctors, and accountants. We're not going to be affected by the low skill illegal immigrants. The truth is that democratic voters are the most impacted by ILLEGAL immigration and immigrants. That's right democratic voters, those on welfare, collecting garbage, waiting tables, working at mall kiosks, members of SEIU, etc! Educated democrats tend to be teachers, social workers, bureaucrats, artists and basket weavers. I can see an illegal doing those things as well.
