Police are searching for a man who “inappropriately touched” a 73-year-old woman in the parking lot of a Woodbridge CVS on Wednesday morning.

Officers were called to the pharmacy at 13600 Jefferson Davis Highway at 5:38 a.m., where the victim reported that a stranger approached her as she was cleaning out her car.

“During the encounter, the man spoke briefly to the victim before he inappropriately touched her over the clothing,” police said.

They won't find him from that picture, unless he keeps his matching clothes on.

Speaking of that, why do nogs wear matching clothes...even the men? I did that stuff when I was 3.
