Can teacher fail me without telling me?

I have to take Algebra 2 ALL OVER AGAIN.!!!!!! MY TEACH.ER TOLD ME I PASSED BUT MY REPORT CARD SAYS F. I got D the whole year but failed the final but my teacher said i passed. is she allowed to fail me without telling me? In English class I was getting F for the whole year but passed the final and passed for the year so what the differnce

Looks like you have found out teachers can say and do whatever the fuck they want when it comes to you little monster's grades.

my kids got these interim report cards mid quarter, and their grades are fine, I would have been out of my fucking mind. it was bad enough having my parents pissed four times a year, nowadays that would be double. best thing about interims back in the day was that you could sign them yourself and delay the pain.
