Remember, Hillary's "speaking fees" are not collected from the public. Each one is from an entity, a corporation, or even a government. Each one is either paying her back for something she's already done (like selling pardons, or allowing Sweden to break international law, etc.), or something she will do when she's President.
Remember, she was in charge of the White House move-in back in 1992. Bill was too busy screwing interns, and jogging around in tight shorts.
Hillary fired every single employee. There were employees in the White House who had been there since JFK. There's nothing political about working in the White House mailroom, or in the kitchen. But she needed every job to give to one of her cronies.
When she fired the head of the White House Travel Office, he kind of peeped a complaint, so she dropped a ton of bricks on his head and threatened his arrest.

What ever happened to the $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that Hillary Clinton stole from the White House at the end of Bill's term? It was all originally heading to the Clinton New York mansion, but the White House Curator made a big stink about the theft.
