Racists?? You must be talking about gun control liberals who don't want blacks owning guns, in true slave master style.
Or Democrat politicians who keep blacks on the welfare hook by giving them mere crumbs of the pie of success, instead of any real path to achievement in exchange for the black vote of course. Keep um down on welfare and happy.
Path to achievement: jobs creation, something Democrats are working in reverse gear on with a 15 dollar a hour National minimum wage that will put more people out of work, but dangle it under the people's nose never the less, for a vote.
