If both offenses are the same day and in the same matter, yes.
You people are really stupid. It's funny. It's a clerical error due to the show cause that she wasn't arrested for. Most people are arrested for violation of probation charges, she wasn't. So somewhere the court system automatically put an alert that she wasn't in the jail system. It's a clerical error.

Katie Eastman and Michael Basl should have kept their mouths shut about them working together to have Lizzie fasley arrested. These things have a way of coming back to bite them in the ass as they've just witnessed in TWO of the THREE cases and case #3 will have the same outcome.
This is what happens when you tell someone you're going to be doing something illegal to them and write all about it on a public forum so that it can be used against you. It also doesn't help when the teen girl you manipulated into pressing false charges admits to her former roommate that she's been in contact with the stalker of the person she's "so afraid of"

Someone's got themselves a great public defender to be able to keep them out of jail with all of those new charges! That's amazing! I'm impressed! I wonder what evidence the defense put on to make this happen! I mean, arrested 3 times in one week, facing that felony, violating probation, being a fugitive and still being free? Simply astounding!
