Last time I looked, the Preakness was held in Baltimore...nowhere near Fairfax County.

Also, no other major sporting events allow people to drag their own alcohol into the facility where a sporting event is taking place. Ravens fans aren't allowed to bring in six packs. Why the hell should Pimlico?

Best petition is just not to go for a couple of years. Then they'll be handing out bottles of vodka to people who show up.
